my story
I was a gifted child… but that’s not how it looked to others or felt for me. It looked more like crippling anxiety due to the massive amount of energy I was experiencing from others and the world around me and NOT knowing how to manage it. It looked like depression. In attempts to fit in and be understood I had to hide my true identity from the world out of fear of being judged and viewed as “crazy”.
It looked like paralyzing fear — I had no other reference for supernatural experiences than what I saw in horror movies. I often felt that I was living in a movie…a terrifying one. Struggling with depression was a battle that took the most out of me. There were more than a few times I had to fight for my life.
I was stuck in a low vibration and blinded me with doubt, apathy, and lack of a desire to live. I fell into such deep darkness that I was questioning the point and purpose of life in the scariest of ways. All I can say is…I’m damn lucky to have made it through that.
The only thing that kept surfacing for me, no matter how low I got, was the truth that I am here to help other people.
looking back at it…
It’s obvious — I was an Empath, a channel, and a medium
without training or knowledge of how to handle it. While in the moment I just felt like a freakin’ weirdo that needed to get her brain put back together. I share this vulnerable story with you in hopes it sparks something in you. You see, almost ALL of the people I worked with didn’t always know their gifts but KNEW they are here to help others.
Now, I’m grateful for everything I have experienced in my life. It’s very clear to me that my past, my experiences, and my stories IS what best supports me in living out my purpose. The depths that I have gone allows me to relate to others while my gift of channeling supports me in lifting them up.
