6 Ways Empaths Can Support Themselves In Difficult Times
I wanted to pop in here and validate your emotional and energetic experience right now.
You may not have a “personal reason” or logical explanation for your emotional / energetic experience…
i.e… “I don't know WHY I'm feeling tired” (insert unexplained emotional or energetic experience here)
It's hard for Empaths to allow ourselves to ask for help, or to take up the necessary space to process and release the heaviness that we are feeling.
Here are some quick tips to take care of your energy if you are going through difficult times...
1: Get outside
Put your feet on the ground, grass, sand, earth and allow yourself to release out of your feet. Receive the naturally harmonizing energy of mother nature.
2: Cuddle up with your fur-baby
Empaths love animals and animals LOVE Empaths~ they are here to help you regulate and receive LOVE. Allow yourself to receive the support from your favorite furry friend. <3
3: Move your body
When you move your body, you're moving your energy and the energy you're picking up on from the world around you. Moving your body will help you transmute the heaviness into wisdom and channeled guidance.
4: Drink some calming hot tea
I recommend my signature Chill The F Out sacred tea blend crafted to help the highly sensitive empath regulate their nervous system and ground their energy. If you don't have this tea, make yourself a cup of calming or even sleepy time tea (with lavender, chamomile, and other soothing herbs) to help you feel at ease.
5: Allow Yourself the Space to Receive
Allow yourself and prepare to receive energy clearance, calmness and tranquility.
This is a sacred, safe space for purpose-driven, spiritually sensitive leaders to decompress and release the weight off their Heart Chakras.
I invite you to join us and allow your the opportunity to have space held for YOU.❤️
